MIDI in/out, monitor out, main out, and effect send/return. Can be used as a line mixer (I used it for a line and/or effects mixer for years after upgrading to a new interface). The back has four additional line inputs (volume control on front) with +4/-10 switches. It has two combo preamps with mic/instrument switches and phantom power and monitor, separate line out, effect send/return controls on the front panel. I've used it with Mac, Windows, and Linux systems. At the time it was an unmatched value and proved extremely useful for years. This interface was one of the first I ever bought.
